The Promise That I've Made Myself-Poetry

I promised myself,
I wouldn't fall for you,
You make it difficult,
When you talk the way you do,

voice so soft like,
A new spring wind,
Makes me float on an air like wing,
Only you can mend,
This broken arrow,
And shoot it straight,
At my mind,

Bending and curving,
The promise I have made,
To keep away from you,
Out of sight out of mind,
Only you have the power to calm me down,

Even when I'm not excited,
Your tranquill yet rocky,
All at the same time,
I'm scared of you,
I know I am,
I don't want you to,
Hurt me,

I don't want to hurt you,
So please leave me alone,
Because I don't like being,
Taunted,

I promised myself,
I wouldn't fall for you.
this is not morbid...for once. Its quite simple really, I hope you like it.
